Terms And Conditions Of La Clínica Dental Lindavista
The interested parties are hereby informed that The Dental Clinic agrees to comply with and perform all treatments described in the treatment plan, including any changes that may exist in the treatment plan, and the patient accepts the administrative terms and conditions of the company.
The services rendered by La Clínica Dental in their totality are considered as “SALES WITHOUT RETURN” since they are health services rendered, and involve esthetic and dental procedures to protect, prevent or restore oral health, whose results and practices are the responsibility of the patient, and who accepts them in accordance at the moment of making the payment for said procedures, as well as upon concluding and signing the agreement of satisfaction with the service.
The only situation in which a refund of a payment made to The Dental Clinic could be requested is the following:
1. In case of unrecognized charges
In all cases, The Dental Clinic is only obliged to analyze the refund once the applicant has processed the claim of the dispute through the banking institution through which the payment was made and has not received a response. In addition, the fact that the request is submitted does not automatically guarantee that the refund will be made.
The applicant has a period of five days to request the refund of the amount paid for having fallen under the assumption of paragraph a) of this document, and who has gone to the corresponding banking institution without having obtained a response.
If the deadline mentioned above elapses without the applicant going to the official means of contact to make his request, the Dental Clinic disclaims responsibility for making the refund, whatever the reason for the request may have been.
Only in the aforementioned case, The Dental Clinic will study and resolve the refund cases within a period of 15 days, issuing its resolution, in which it will determine whether or not the refund is appropriate, and this decision will be final.
There is no fee for the study of any return request, regardless of its origin, and it is reiterated that the services of La Clínica Dental are considered as “sales without return”.
Once the applicant has gone to the banking institution through which he/she made the payment to request the corresponding refund and has not received a response, he/she may request the refund from The Dental Clinic by sending an e-mail to the address devoluciones@laclinicadental.org, which should include the following:
- What service you purchased.
- Proof of having gone to the corresponding banking institution and not having received a response (in case it is indispensable to go to said institution).
- Copy of official identification copy on both sides.
- Copy of the cover page of your account statement clearly showing your name and your CLABE number.
- The patient will receive an appointment in the audit and quality area for a final assessment of the case.
The Dental Clinic will analyze the case and resolve it in strict compliance with the provisions of this document, as well as the contract and the service satisfaction agreement entered into with the client. In the event that the refund is appropriate, a retention of no less than 20% corresponding to financial administrative expenses will be applied.

Chargeback Policy
The Dental Clinic enters into a “service satisfaction agreement” with each and every one of its clients, in which the client expresses his/her conformity with the service received, and that, in the event of the existence of an unrecognized charge, The Dental Clinic has the appropriate documentation to demonstrate whether or not the service was provided to the client, and thus, support the determination of the origin of any unrecognized charge or chargeback.
Likewise, La Clínica Dental is fully available to withhold and return any funds requested by any banking institution in case of an unrecognized charge, as long as it falls under the assumptions established in numeral 1 of the Refund Policy, since it is reiterated, the services provided by La Clínica Dental, by their nature, are considered as “sales without refund” and, in case the suitable documentation to prove in an irrefutable manner the performance of the service, which can be provided to the banking institution in case it is so requested.
In the event that notification is received from the banking institution that a customer has initiated a claim or does not recognize a charge made at La Clínica Dental, a copy of the order and available documentation will be provided to demonstrate that the service was performed and the service was provided.
